The Story
Two young army officers ride into Bleeding Kansas as the nation lurches toward civil war.
Fresh from West Point, J.E.B. Stuart and George Custer are posted to the violent frontier, where both court the spirited Kit Holliday while the abolitionist John Brown wages his fiery campaign against slavery. As Brown's raids spread and his vision hardens, the officers are drawn into the long pursuit that will lead to Harpers Ferry. Errol Flynn leads a sweeping, much-fictionalised epic of the men colliding on the eve of the Civil War.
