This Privacy Policy explains how Disruptor Media Pty Ltd (“Disruptor”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information collected through the Disruptor Cinema portal (the “Site”). We collect the personal information you give us when you apply for cinema access, request a booking or key, or ask to be notified about a title. This typically includes your name, email address, the cinema or venue you represent, your role, and any details you include in your enquiry.

We also collect technical information automatically when you use the Site, such as login and session data, and standard log information like your browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to operate and secure the Site.

assess and manage applications for cinema access; process and respond to booking and key requests; send you the notifications you have asked for; operate, maintain and secure the Site; and communicate with you about your account or engagements.
